We want our colleagues to thrive. So we make sure we give all of them meaningful development opportunities. We call our development programme “Be The Potential” and it provides a wide range of training opportunities, rewards and benefits. In 2020, we’re investing over £200k to help develop the skills of our colleagues, including an apprenticeship partnership with the BRC (British Retail Consortium) and Joules.
