Dear valued members,

As communities around the world are struggling with Coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to reach out and address the steps we are taking in our stores to continue our focus on keeping people safe and also ensuring our members and guests have equal opportunity for stock.

We have good levels of stock and are working hard to ensure this reaches our shelves quickly. To ensure fairness for our members, we will be limiting the number of items of certain products each member can purchase. You’ll find more details about this in our stores, but at the moment it is only applicable to a handful of product lines.

Also, as we are awaiting government updates, we want our members to know that if they are vulnerable or require additional support, we are here to help. Whether that be a temporary pass for a friend or family member to shop on your behalf, or to accompany you while you shop, get in contact with your local store, we are here to help.

Please know that we are putting measures in place to increase the normal hygiene routines across the business and allow our colleagues access to hand sanitiser and regular hand washing routines. This may impact the availability of colleagues in store, but I’m sure you can understand the safety of our colleagues and members is paramount.

In addition to this, we ask, if you are able to, please pay by contactless payments, reducing the handling of cash. Of course, we understand not everyone will be able to do this.  

The safety and well-being of our people and our members is our main priority, and we are working closely with all authorities to follow WHO and government guidelines to minimise any risk to our colleagues and members.

In partnership with our retail suppliers, all products sold in Company Shop stores from our branded partners will not be disclaimed. If you find you need to return a product purchased from our stores, please ensure you return products directly to Company Shop Group and not our retail partners, as per our terms and conditions of membership.

We are open and have stock available for you and your families, all we ask is remember to be kind when shopping in our stores.
