About the role:
In this role, you will provide a professional front of house presence and will serve as the primary contact point for visitors to our Head Office. You will work with all departments to provide a first class support service for administrative and purchasing requirements.
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
  • Responsible for the meeting and greeting of visitors
  • Be the first point of contact for telephone calls to Head Office and ensure these calls are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensure that any visitors have signed in and understood the Company’s Food Safety and Health & Safety Policy regarding visiting the site
  • Be responsible for the purchasing of consumables for the Head Office and Wentworth warehouse, keeping accurate, and up to date records of this
  • Inspect materials and supplies upon receipt, reconciling received goods with contract specifications, including ensuring proper quality of order
  • Answering and responding to member queries on social media and email
  • Monitor and track complaints received through social media.
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting
  • Use CRM Email Software (Mailchimp) to update data for supplier and membership communications
  • Provide administrative support including booking hotels, train and travel
  • Manage customer databases, updating new information and ensuring all records are kept up-to-date
  • Manage and update the companies telephone list, circulating to the business
  • Support stakeholders on key project working groups especially new store openings.
  • Work directly with third-party suppliers as appropriate to brief, gain quotes for approval and ensure on time delivery of materials for campaign, promotions & new store deadlines.

Location: Head Office, Tankersley, Barnsley

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week 08.30am to 17.00pm however some flexibility is required to host site visits.

Contract type: Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 month. The successful candidate will need to be available to start work in May 2021.

Salary: £8.20-£8.72 per hour
