As the Shop Manager, for a small shop you will be responsible for the effective supervision of the store team to ensure our members receive exceptional service through engaged and motivated colleagues. You will lead by example to ensure that we maintain the high retail standards that our members expect. You will actively support your colleagues to ensure they develop and grow with the business. It takes a special kind of leader to respond to this challenge in such a diverse retail business. We are looking for someone to rise to the challenge and help Company Shop be a great success.

Monday 04.30am- 13.30pm
Tuesday 07.00am to 13.30pm
Wednesday 04.30am- 13.30pm
Thursday 04.30am- 13.30pm
Friday 04.30am- 13.30pm
Total 40 hours per week
Candidates will need to be flexible to work 5 out of 7 days and will be required to be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and nights as required.
