About the role;
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and the team to deliver a fantastic shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining high retail standards and develop the store team to ensure that our members receive the best service possible from engaged and motivated colleagues. Our team are the ambassadors for our business and enhance our brand through their enthusiasm and commitment. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead from the front in the running of the store and possess business acumen and, a ‘can do’ attitude. It takes a special kind of leader to respond to this challenge in such a diverse retail business. Having proven management experience goes without saying. We are looking for someone to rise to the challenge and help Company Shop in continuing to be a great success.

Location - Company Shop, Edinburgh

Salary - Dependant on experience

Role Type: Full Time – the successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days. This will include working evening, nights and weekends as required
