About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team.  The role will be responsible for ensuring that all stock invoices are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes and these are input int the Navision system in a timely and efficient manner.
The role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at all suppliers.  They will also deal effectively with all departments across the business.
The successful candidate will assist with administrative duties across the Finance department including ensuring all invoices are filed in a secure manner.

What we are looking for:
We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in a busy Accounts Department
  • Must be highly accurate and numerical
  • An excellent team player
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to process a high volume of work in a timely and efficient manner
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude to work
  • Strong IT skills, with particular reference to Excel
  • Experience of using accounts packages would be beneficial
  • Good time management & prioritising skills coupled with excellent organisation skills

The role is based at Head Office at our Wentworth store. We are ideally looking for a candidate who can work 30 hours a week across 4 or 5 days but will consider applications from candidates looking for a full-time position.
